PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a Singapore-based Telecommunication Company, who is looking for a Project Engineer to be placed in Batam

Job Description:

• Oversee the new build project (Telecommunication) in Batam Indonesia, manage and oversee the contractors carrying out the physical installation work
• To undertake preconsultation for all new builds, if required
• Obtain client and authority approval on all proposals
• Produce a detailed works program and co-ordinate the installations with relevant contractors, in order to meet completion dates set by the Project Manager 
• To ensure that prior to any construction, subcontractors have completed a risk assessment report and understand the risks associated with the works and measures to reduce them.
• To plan all OSP construction work inline with the program and report to OSP Manager when if any projects are not on target.
• Ensure that all Health and Safety regulations and procedures are complied with in full
• To maintain a daily log which details the work carried out daily and any complaints / problems encountered.
• To task the CAD technician (drafter) for drawings for projects and handover packages.
• To compile handover packages and have them approved by the client
