Requirements:

• Minimum D3 / S1 graduate (preferably from Teknik Mesin / Elektrik)
• Age minimum 36 and maximum 44 years old
• Have been working experience 10 (ten) years in Japanese manufacturing company (Preferably from Plastic Industry)
• Have knowledge about the extrusion process is a plus
• Experience in handling ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and understand about IATF is a plus
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)
• Able to speak English (oral and written)
• Able to work shifts (Monday to Saturday) 
• Work Placement in the Cikarang area
• Strong leadership and analytical problem solving

• Monitor daily activities for production to ensure timely and effective job assignment to meet the production schedule. 
• Identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary, assisting in all aspects of the production floor.
• Provides regular performance feedback and effective training to operator for skill development and growth
• Analyze production achievement, inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and requirements standard. 
• Coordinates and monitors flow of production orders from the floor; able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow
• 5S management and workshop production cost control, reduce loss, reduce waste, improve efficiency
• Logical, familiar with all kinds of new production management technology, such as lean production, TPM, NPS, QCC, 6a, etc., can be applied in the work
