Job Description :
- Responsible for handling General Affair facilities
- Arranging logistics and preparing administrative arrangement for business travels and other logistic (transportation, and related arrangement)
- Maintaining records of all general affair related documents (invoice receipts, and etc)
- Sourcing and vendor management
- Responsible on office procurement needs, inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
- Support for office maintenance and renovation process
- Manage and oversee the company car operations
- Manage the activities of GA office support team
Requirement :
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree, majoring Management, Administration Business and Economy from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Required Skills : Microsoft Office and have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Good negotiation, analytical, organizational and planning skills.
- English Skills is a must.
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Have valid driving licenses A
