Job Description
  • Job Description :

    1. Responsible for handling General Affair facilities
    2. Arranging logistics and preparing administrative arrangement for business travels and other logistic (transportation, and related arrangement)
    3. Maintaining records of all general affair related documents (invoice receipts, and etc)
    4. Sourcing and vendor management
    5. Responsible on office procurement needs, inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
    6. Support for office maintenance and renovation process
    7. Manage and oversee the company car operations
    8. Manage the activities of GA office support team

    Requirement :

    1. Maximum 35 years old
    2. Minimum Diploma Degree, majoring Management, Administration Business and Economy from reputable university
    3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
    4. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    5. Required Skills : Microsoft Office and have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
    6. Good negotiation, analytical, organizational and planning skills.
    7. English Skills is a must.
    8. Detail-oriented and well organized
    9. Have valid driving licenses A
