Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Bertindak sebagai Project Manager dalam mengelola tugas proyek
- Melakukan analisa dan pengawasan progress pengerjaan proyek termasuk penggunaan Material utama dan Material bantu Proyek
- Memimpin seluruh tim yang ada dalam proyek
- Melakukan hubungan dan koordinasi antar bagian
- Melakukan tata kelola efisiensi lingkup tugas Proyek
- Mengawasi persiapan Planning Proyek termasuk : Planning Material, Budgeting, Labour, dan Time Schedule
Kualifikasi:
- Maksimal 45 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Tehnik Elektro / Kelistrikan dari lembaga pendidikan yang kredibel
- Pengalaman sebagai Project Koordinator / Project Manager bidang MEP minimal 7 tahun
- Paham seluruh aspek Mechanical Electrical Project
- Memahami aspek dokumen dan administrasi proyek (seperti BAST, aanwijig, RAB, Drawing, dll)
- Mampu menggunakan komputer dalam pengolahan data.
- Bisa menggunakan program Autocad dan dapat membaca gambar tehnik
- Jujur dan loyal, Pekerja Keras, Energik, bermotivasi tinggi dan tekun
- Dapat memimpin dan mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Mampu bertugas di lapangan / proyek di seluruh wilayah kerja Perusahaan
