Job Decription :

• Overall manage the MOD business operations, including tender as well as all authorities related matters.
• Project planning and execution, daily operation including manpower planning (Manager).
• Discuss of lifts and escalators with architect, consultant, maincon, client and builder.
• Advice the consultants on compliance for the code of practice for MOD works.
• Arrange for sample submission and acceptance.
• Advice for any variation works and cost implications (Team Leader).
• Attends meeting with customer and clients on progress.
• Project installation progress monitoring.

Recquirement :

• Proficient user of MS Office.
• Can work independently and under pressure.
• Proactive and agresive person.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience on under pressure situation.
• Good relationship and coordinate with other Department.
• Experience in Mechanical / Electrical.
• Experience in Elevator company.
