Job Decription :
- Overall manage the MOD business operations, including tender as well as all authorities related matters.
- Project planning and execution, daily operation including manpower planning (Manager).
- Discuss of lifts and escalators with architect, consultant, maincon, client and builder.
- Advice the consultants on compliance for the code of practice for MOD works.
- Arrange for sample submission and acceptance.
- Advice for any variation works and cost implications (Team Leader).
- Attends meeting with customer and clients on progress.
- Project installation progress monitoring.
Recquirement :
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Can work independently and under pressure.
- Proactive and agresive person.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience on under pressure situation.
- Good relationship and coordinate with other Department.
- Experience in Mechanical / Electrical.
- Experience in Elevator company.
