Job Description:
- Giving report to Head of Department, Director and Clients regarding all operational daily activities
- Ensure FIFO well maintened
- Implement 5S and warehouse management system
- Manage inventory accuracy.
- Manage all warehouse asset.
- Continuously optimize warehouse operation system and improve management efficiency.
- Giving information for stock condition and its condition, match with record in system.
- Providing storage space of client goods, and ensure that the management of client products in accordance with the SOP and requirements of the Client.
- Monitoring and optimizing WMS and TMS system Overview presentation about activity that will be supported by Vendor
- Monitoring vendor KPI performance and company KPI from Client
- Provide proper storage environment to ensure the safety and integrity of the good in stock.
- Monitoring dashboard KPI.
- Estable new ways of working and implement best practices.
- Making sure all operational activities meet applicable safety standards for both employees and the environment.
Requirements:
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 5 - 10 years experiences as Warehouse Manager/Assistant Manager in Global Logistics Company
- Honest, hard worker, can work individually or in a team
- Has excellent leadership
- Good Comunication
- Computer Literate is a must (especially should be expert in excel & Power point)
- Excellent in English both writing and speaking
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Inventory process
- Work Location Cibitung (Kawasan Industri MM2100)
- Able to join ASAP and willing to work mobile
