Job Description
Persyaratan
- Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree from Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skiils: SQL, troubleshooting, networking, helpdesk, service desk, mobility.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Having good analytical problem solving and good communication skill.
- Excellent in English both spoken and written.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Placement in our client in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
Tanggung Jawab
- Resolving problems with network, software and hardware.
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues and give fast problem resolution.
