- Melaksanakan tugas HRM meliputi; recruitment, payroll, GA, legal dan segala hal yang berhubugan dengan HR.
- Mempunyai pengalaman di retail, modern market / pabrik lebih diutamakan.
- Menyusun prosedur perekrutan, penilaian dan training karyawan baru untuk semua posisi dan tingkatan.
- Memastikan pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan berdasarkan pada rencana dan struktur organisasi.
- Bersedia travel / mobile.
Syarat :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Sarjana Hukum / Psikologi / HRM.
- Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai HR Manager (Manufakturing dan Retail lebih di utamakan).
- Memahami Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan.
- Memiliki pengetahuan teknik pengetesan dan wawancara berdasarkan kompetensi.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai pengakses semua sumber HR.
- Berpola pikir analitis, mempunyai keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office khususnya Excel dan Word.
