Job Details:
- General HR - Employment, personnel interview, guidance, Skills development, labor management
- Communicate with internal and external parties (Mainly In-house, employees)
- Manage work shifts for employees, time and attendance management, overtime management
- Handle VISA (KITAS/IMTA) matter for foreigner
- Handling general affair
Requirements:
- Has 5-7 years experience as generalist HRGA(Mostly HR) Supervisor in Japanese manufacturing or logistics Company
- Fluent in English
- Good learning ability and have clear career motive
- Has experience working in automobile manufacturing company is preferred
