Requirements
- Age minimum 30 years
- Bachelor degree (Management/Industrial Engineering)
- Having minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/logistic
- Able to operate computer (good in excel or database macro will be advantageous)
- Able to communicate in English
Main Duties and Jobdesk Logistics Staff, as follows:
- Issue delivery order lines based on delivery plans.
- Plan and arrange the delivery of goods, so that they are immediately sent to customers, in accordance with the SPM (Load Order) received, by adjusting goods to transportation vehicles and arranging delivery routes effectively and efficiently.
- Ordered the process of loading goods into transportation vehicles according to priorities, so that the delivery plan can be carried out in accordance with the level of urgency of delivery.
- Ensure that the proof of handover of the goods or original DN (Delivery Note) is returned by the shipper (internal Truck Driver or external transportation company) as soon as possible, so that the DN can be used by the Collection department to bill the customer, by monitoring the return of the Original DN every day .
