Job description:
- Control, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the production process & preparation of materials/supports effectively & efficiently
- Plan & control overtime effectiveness
- Perform administrative work (check daily reports foreman & machine supervisor)
- Plan, control & evaluate employee performance
- Planning the storage of finished products before being transferred to the related department
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience in manufacturing (Building Materials)
- Have the ability of HR management, operational management & basic theory of production process
- Have factory operational experience
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
