Working Location: Jakarta
• Has experience in the same field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law (or any) Major.
• Secretarial work experience is essential
• Familiar with the government relations process.
• Prominent in speaking English both writing and speaking
Job description:
• Review the Research Agreement to minimize the risk for the organization’s interest.
• Assisting Legal Specialist in maintaining the legal administration, legal registration, and legal licenses. Also, supporting Company-appointed auditor with legal documents during the annual audit.
• Assisting Legal Specialist in handling fraud/criminal cases, summary suits, and during the Court proceedings.
• Participate actively in front-line negotiations and interface with the inter-department assistant, and suppliers/contractors.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure the completion of the agreement and/or any other
