Finance Manager is the lead finance business partner for the organization. The Finance Manager is responsible for financial accounting, budgeting/Forecast and corporate reporting. Reporting to General Manager/Regional CFO, the Finance Manager is expected to have the technical and management skills to lead a team of finance professionals in their daily work. This role includes providing sound financial advice to the GM/RCFO and implementing internal control system to better manage financial and business risks.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of finance professionals in their daily work
• Manage full-set of accounts, month-end closing activities and prepares financial reporting to headquarter within 5th working day.
• Analyze, compile and present management/HQ with meaningful analysis for managerial decision-making
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization\'s financial system/internal control system and determine any areas of improvement
• Preparation of planning and forecast
• Plan and coordinate the annual audit and tax return

Requirements:

• CPA/CA/ACCA/Undergraduate degree in Accounting is required
• 3 years prior supervisory experience in full set of accounts and financial reporting to foreign headquarter
• 3 years auditing experience with one of the Big-4 audit firms (other than Big-4, candidate who has experience in local audit firms are also welcome to apply)
• Commercial and business acumen
• Able to business partnering with all stakeholders, offering insights and financial advice to management that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship
