- Prepare and manage export import documents.
- Make an import-export agreement in buying and selling.
- Make purchase orders to suppliers.
- Manage payments to suppliers.
- Monitor ship status.
- Responsible for all import and export activities.
- Controlling exported and imported goods.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements :
- Experience minimum 1 years in Logistic company or fresh graduate that has internship experience in logistics company are also welcome.
- Good understanding in PIB Application, Custom Clearance, Ocean Freight and Shipping Business
- Good in Speak English both spoken and writing
- Able to operate computer (Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Preferably living in North Jakarta/ East Jakarta area
