Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
- Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.
- Makes assessments of effectiveness of training
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Manage the design and development of talent development programs
- Develop, implement and monitor the Learning and Development budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of working experience
- Experienced in Consumer Goods industry
- Willing to be placed in Cibitung area
