PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Retail industry who is looking for Retail Store Manager that will be placed in Medan or Yogyakarta. Below are the criteria:

Job Descriptions:

• Manage all store operations
• People development
• Manage P&L, targets, sales, and display

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma Degree (D3) or above 
• Maximum Age around 34 years
• Minimum 2+ years working experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in Retail company (from fashion, cosmetics, or department store)
• Must have good communication and Microsoft Office skills
• English skill (at least basic for conversation)
• Skilled in store management and operational data (sales data, staff development, turnover, inventory, and P&L)
• Willing to be relocated to other stores if needed
