REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Machine or Electric field.
• Age: 30- 45.
• Prior management or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Has working experience in Japanese manufacturing company as manager, manufacturing division, especially casting or aluminium die casting company more than 5 years as manager.
• Has experience to manage staffs using PDCA (Plan Do Check Action).
• Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.
• Strong communication and organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing manufacturing department (Especially Production, Quality control and HSE).
• Responsible for managing subordinates using PDCA (Plan Do Check Action).
• Establish goals for production, and coordinate a plan to meet those goals.
• Ensure production stays on schedule.
• Assure products meet quality standards.
• Write production reports.
• Analyze production data and optimize for efficiency.
• Direct an efficient layout of equipment and flow of materials.
• Ensure workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements.
