Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and plan the buying, rolling forecast, buying plan and article list approval.
• Ensure the product arrived on time as the plan.
• Make sure brand marketing is executed as per plan (social media, retail promotion, seeding); setting promotion for store if needed to boost up sales, and coordination related campaign products.
• Do monitoring and analysis on brand performance, sales, stocks/inventory, and merchandise.
• Ensure the store Visual Merchandising is updated as per campaign and all products display proper.
• Ensure all product allocate to the right stores & replenished based on their daily sales and stock availability
• Follow up day to day store operation, daily sales for make sure store sales target are achieved, and coordination regarding store opening.
• Support E-commerce by ensuring stocks are available; all articles, picture and information are in the web; highlight products to be campaign.
• Store visit to check sales, stores, display and any other information that useful for support the brand and check competitor pricing, product and store staff feedback for the merchandise there in stores.
• Follow up and update the incoming track list for each brand based on updated information.
• Communicate with Brand Principal and ensure that all directions & guidance are implemented correctly.
• Check and update price template for each new incoming for repeat articles based on the approved budget and plan.
• Prepare/Do initial allocation plan (every shipment comes in) and do analysis also manual push replenishment for E-Commerce
• Proposing Markdown in monthly by evaluate whether each product is selling or not.
