Responsibilities:

• Manage Indonesian team that are spread across multiple locations comprising of Business Development Managers and Executives.
• Work with existing partners to increase the company\'s share.
• Proactively acquire Inventory to capitalize on the market opportunity and negotiate and finalize.
• Work closely with the Product & Technology teams (both B2B and B2C) to identify and implement product features and to provide scalable solutions.
• Work with data analytics and marketing teams to identify customer demand patterns.
• Track competitive landscape and understand the ecosystem in the country.
• Drive NPS to drive retention and repeat purchase.
• Drive innovation.
• Manage existing partnership channel and on-board partners to drive liquidity and revenue.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Management related fields.
• Minimum 10 year of work experience in E-Commerce & FMCG handling Sales & Marketing, Business Development or Vendor Management roles.
• Fluent in English is Mandatory.
• Should have handled a big team.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Past experience in Key Account Management.
• Willing to travel for work purposes across Indonesia.
