Job Description:

• Formulate warehouse work plan, KPI and GS according to the company\'s business
• Formulate warehouse safety management regulations to ensure the effective implementation of warehouse personnel, materials and facilities safety work
• Operating mechanical & IT Systems
• Plan and implement various warehouse operation procedures to meet various system certification requirements
• Use scientific management methods to improve the utilization rate of storage, improve the operational efficiency of warehouse staff, and reduce warehouse operating costs
• Optimize internal and external logistics supply routes, ensure timely supply and production of materials, and improve material inventory turnover
• Plan and implement the automatic plan of material in and out of storage, and improved the level of warehousing automation
• Training, supervising and appraising staff
• Maintaining statistical and financial records

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of working experience in the same field
• Good communication, fluent in English
• Must be familiar with ASRS/Warehouse Management System
• Be skillful at using various measuring instruments; know the use Office software to make simple chart and do basic data analyst
• Experience in quality management at the grass roots level
• Strong conflict management ability of front line staff
