Responsibilities :
- To develop and monitoring the execution of marketing strategies.
- To implement and coordinate the product\'s brand promotion strategies.
- To develop, provide and monitor the execution of all sales channel promotion strategies and business plan.
- To maintain partnership with vendors in relation to the execution of the company\\\'s marketing development activities.
- To lead, coordinate, and control the activity within the department.
- To plan and develop work system, organization, and human resources for good department management activities.
- To maintain the secrecy of corporate\\\'s data and information.
Requirements :
- Bachelor/Master Degree of Marketing/Economic/Management/Business Administration/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences at Insurance Industry including 3 years in Managerial Role.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- Advanced on Microsoft Office, other PC Skill and comfortable in managing spreadsheets, devising formulas, performing data analysis, and building executive presentations.
- Have a deep knowledge with business process and product of Life & Health Insurance.
