Position : Solution Architect
Location : Jakarta Raya
Role Summary & Responsibility :
· Support global telesales team as a technical consultant to cover opportunities which need technical supports and dig out the requirement for further upsell
· Provide technical advices to customers to optimize their IT solutions on cloud platform to achieve business success
· Work as the technical account manager to handle key account customers.
Requirement :
· Minimum of BS degree in related field, 5+ years SA/SE experience in cloud computing and IT related industries.
· Familiar with at least one of following topics: Network, database, OS fundamental technologies. Expertise in solution architecture design is a must. Experience in solution development & Devops is a plus
· Superior problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
· A quick learner and strong team leader with great communication skills
· Result driven personality. Proven track record of achieving individual and shared goals.
· Vertical industry knowledge with solution know-how is a plus
