Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Majoring Machine or Electric field.
- Maximum 40 Years Old
- Have working experience at Casting manufacturing companies or Aluminum dies casting company as Asst Manager (or Supervisor) engineering.
- Have working experience with the Casting manufacturing company or Aluminum die casting company more than 5 years.
- Has experience to instruct staffs using the PDCA (Plan Do Check Action)
- goal-orientated approach to work.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Responsible for technological development and quality improvement project.
- Responsible for Technical training to subordinates
- Responsible for introducing new model machine
- Responsible for managing subordinates using PDCA (Plan Do Check Action)
