Key responsibility areas
- Manage and control the building facilities management relate to the utilities and building foundation
- Conduct the factory building inspections and propose the building repairs if needed
- Manage and supervise the facilities management services to optimize productivity and ensure a safe workplace for employees
- Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or any related field with a construction background
- Having experience in facility management or as a contractor in a factory is required for this position
- Good knowledge with proven experience in building engineering
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under the tight pressure
- Good in English, both verbal and written. Japanese will be a plus point
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
