A temporary placement with fixed term of 9 month contract.
Responsibility :
- Maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score).
- Lead projects – give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/ suggestion to run the projects, create report and presentation.
- Ensure a good quality of research materials.
- Demonstrate analysis skills, along with insights knowledge across reports on all accounts
- Lead or supervise daily communication with clients.
- To lead the manager and juniors by regularly sharing knowledge and preparing them to be ready for the next level.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client business, revenue, and profitability
Requirements :
- Good communication skills verbally and written – know what to and not to say
- Good leadership skills – to motivate his/her team, to be the role model and inspired his/her juniors,
- Good research knowledge – know & can decide the best methods, make research design, create insights
- has around 7 year of proven experience in Market Research agency or Research Projects, with great exposure to concept or product test and related type of studies.
