Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls/fax/e-mail about inquiry & discrepancies from customers
- Able to listen to customer\'s complaints and calm down the angry customers
- Able to build good relationship both with internal (all departments) and external part in company
- Order processing after quotation confirmed
- Providing information to customers about price and stock availability
- Able to deal with customers directly and put the price independently
- Follow-up quotation or payment status
- Good filing system
- Negotiations and contracting skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major graduated
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in team or individual, good communication, interpersonal skill, highly motivated and initiative
- Have a willingness to work hard
- Preferably domiciled in Kendari and/or Makassar and/or Morowali (based on placement)
