JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls/fax/e-mail about inquiry & discrepancies from customers
• Able to listen to customer\'s complaints and calm down the angry customers
• Able to build good relationship both with internal (all departments) and external part in company
• Order processing after quotation confirmed
• Providing information to customers about price and stock availability
• Able to deal with customers directly and put the price independently
• Follow-up quotation or payment status
• Good filing system
• Negotiations and contracting skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major graduated
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work in team or individual, good communication, interpersonal skill, highly motivated and initiative
• Have a willingness to work hard
• Preferably domiciled in Kendari and/or Makassar and/or Morowali (based on placement)
